Executive Pastor Arnold Cifax Sr. Bio.
Pastor Arnold Cifax Sr is the Executive Pastor and elder of New Testament Church of Milwaukee. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the church and the New Testament Christian Academy. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Pastor Arnold Cifax Sr. relocated to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1979 to be with his fiancée, Patricia L. Adams. The couple married in 1980 and has been blessed with three sons, each married. They now have a total of six grandchildren.
On February 8, 1981, Arnold and Patricia dedicated their lives to Jesus Christ at The New Testament Church of Milwaukee. Pastor Cifax received his preaching license on February 18, 1996, and was subsequently ordained to serve in the Gospel Ministry under Pastor Julius R. Malone. Over the next 25 years, he actively engaged in various ministries, focusing on schools, prisons, music, discipleship, and teaching.
In November 2005, led by the Holy Spirit, Pastor Cifax co-founded the Kingdom Business Community Church with the blessings of Pastor Malone and the Elders. He was ordained on May 28, 2006, and co-pastored the church for nine years before returning to New Testament Church of Milwaukee. In 2017, he was appointed Youth Director and later became Executive Pastor in January 2023. Pastor Cifax has dedicated eight years to prison ministry, has been involved in a singing ministry called Obadiah for 27 years, and has participated in the Operation Timothy teaching ministry for eight years. He also served as an elementary teacher in Milwaukee Public Schools for four years.
Pastor Cifax holds a Master of Arts in Theology (Summa Cum Laude) and a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Life Christian University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.
Together with his wife, Dr. Patricia L. Cifax, he takes pride in being the father of three married sons and a devoted grandparent to six beautiful grandchildren.
