We began with a simple desire: to build a Bible‑centered community where people can encounter God, grow in faith, and live out the love of Christ. What started as a small gathering has become a family committed to worship, discipleship, and sharing the hope of Jesus with our city.

We believe Jesus is a giver, not a taker. Not only has He given us life and breath, but by His death and resurrection, He defeated the sin that would rob us of both. So, when it comes to giving, we believe percentages are a thing of the past, and obligation is the wrong approach.

Pastor Julius Rivers Malone is the Senior Pastor of New Testament Church of Milwaukee, a non-denominational Christian Fellowship Church that started with eleven people in November 1980.
